The leaflet lists the commercial and chemical names of Highly Hazardous Pesticides (HHPs) permitted under the law in Sri Lanka. Since the laws will not prevent the negative health impacts of the use of these pesticides, it is intended to promote alternative chemicals and methods that can be applied instead of using such chemicals through ground level officers.
