Goal: Advocate for proper law enforcement to promote and achieve environmental justice.

CEJ’s efforts will be to continue to pursue legal actions against the continuation of overexploitation of natural resources, environmental injustice, environmental crimes, and changes to environmental regulations and standards. CEJ will provide support for people to come forward to challenge the injustices.

Plans to:

• Obtain favourable court judgements for environmental justice cases.
• Resolve disputes related to environment and natural resources (NR) through advocating government institutions.
• Advocate to reform necessary existing laws related to the environment

Promote Right to Information law, accountability, transparency and, expose corruption in development decisions
