This publication aims to provide an overarching strategy to strengthen risk communications related to maritime disasters in Sri Lanka. This strategy ensures that timely and accurate information related to maritime disasters is made available to respective parties, specifically to the coastal communities working with the government, non-governmental and civil society organisations.
